Beschreibung
I've extended the popular design for cheap microscope stand and added an adjustable table (stage) that can slide on X and Y axis using the same type of pinion and rack. There is about 20 millimeters of sliding on each axis for the table.
Also the table supports glass slides of 25x75 mm. Underneath the table there is a space where a LED chip can be placed for added light.
For increased stability I suggest the scope base to be clamped or just glue an heavy plate (steel) on the bottom. Also the rack and pinion mechanisms should be greased for smooth movement.
Required prints:
- BaseHolderKnob.stl - 2 pieces, one for X and one for Y axis
- BasePinion.stl - 2 pieces, one for X and one for Y axis
- BaseHolderRack.stl - 2 pieces, one for X and one for Y axis
- Bottom.stl - 1 piece
- BracketSimple.stl - 2 pieces, one for X and one for Y axis

- ZRack.stl - 1 piece (alternative ZRack_150mm.stl if you want a longer adjustment on Z axis)

Hardware:
- 23 M3 nuts,
- bolts (table 6 x 15mm, knobs 4 x 12mm, scope holder 1 x 20mm, base 6 x 15 mm, holder rack 6 x 12mm)
- 18 washers.
