I decided to design a computer interface for my R2D2 droid deisgned by MrBaddeley. I got all the measurements from some movie frame of ep.IV, so it could be a not exact replica, but as in the movies there are several different interfaces, I think it's not a big issue...

You can see my printed model compared to the frame I used for measurements in one of the attached photos.

Many people asked me to share the model even if it's just a draft and far from being complete, so here it is.
Anyway, as I am still working on this project, I cannot make any personalization (like for example joining or splitting parts) for now.

When finished it should be a working interface, so it will detect the insertion of the R2D2 probe, it will rotate the interface (you need to use a modified R2D2 interface arm for this) and could connect to the droid using wi-fi.

You are of course free to modify my files for your needs if you wish. And you are also free to donate some money to encourage me to complete this model in less time than usual...
