This is not my work, it's the work of Josh Williamson from the DM Scotty Craft's and Games (Note that link won't work unless you are a member) facebook page. I used this technique with my Frostgrave Treasure Tokens, and people asked me how to do the book who didn't have access. Josh graciously allowed me to repost his tutorial.
