Description
I was looking for a mount for my Echo Dot 3rd gen. After I printed tgj 's Mount, I noticed two things:
- The holders for the dot were too filigree for me personally.
- In older sockets the weight was not held alone by the socket, so that the dot pulled the plug out of the wall.
Therefore I made two changes:
- I have designed stronger brackets.
- I changed the mount so that you can use your Dot 3 vertically and horizontally now. Simply by using three different M3 screws and nuts.
Maybe I will design a cover for the cable. I have left it so far, because I personally have no problem with it ;-)
Note: If you use the mount vertically, you can rotate the dot both upwards and downwards. Lateral is certainly also possible^^
Note: This is designed to fit the German power supply. Just measure your plugs and compare it with the STL.
