Foldable basic 3d shapes

Description
I couldn't get the hinges of the original model to print correctly. The hinges easily came loose.
Instead, I created models where hinged parts are thin solid parts of thickness 0.6 mm. These can be easily folded (tried with ABS).
I only modeled these shapes:
- cube
- square prism
- rectangular prism
- triangular prism
- pyramid
