Description
This project has been moved to printables. All new versions and calibers will be available at https://www.printables.com/model/295705-stackable-ammo-box-parametric only. Downloading there doesn't cost you but rewards my work.
New print in place latch is available now on printables.
I buy cheap reloads in bulk, which come loosely packaged. To transport my ammo I needed some kind of box, which is why I decided to design one.
I designed this fully parametric in Fusion 360, which allows any caliber to be inputted. I have already added 9mm, 45ACP and .223 Rem / 5.56 NATO.
If you don't have Fusion 360, just drop me a comment with your parameters and I might add your requested stls.
The latch system was inspired by the x82nets Waterproof Box (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4838803)
To build this, you need to print one lid, the desired amount of boxes (the stls are all 5 x 10 rounds), 4 latch cams and 4 latch arms per box. Also you need M3x25 screws and nuts (I used and recommend self locking).
