Introduction
Balsa Stripper that cuts balsa sticks and more. Designed with precision in mind.

Calibrate flow rate, temperature, and other parameters carefully before printing.

BOM:
M3x50mm x1
M3x16mm Self-tapping x2
M3 nut x2
M3 lock nut x1 (or 2x M3 nuts)
Washer x2

Use PLA+ for all components, except the blade guard. Use flexible TPE filament to print the blade guard. 20% Infill.

Assembly Instructions
See Photo/TinkerCAD drawing or watch the YouTube video:

  • Put a M3 nut in the cavity of the Knob piece. Screw in the main M3x50 screw.
  • Add a washer and then slide the set though the hole of the Slider piece.
  • (See photo) Add another washer then a M3 Lock nut to the main screw. (If no lock nut, you may use two M3 nuts, i.e. double nuts.) Make sure the M3x50 main screw is free to turn afterwards
  • Slide the slider set (turn the knob) to the base piece.
  • Put a knife blade in between the two Clamps. Use 2x M3x16 self-tapping screws to secure the set onto the Slider.
