(German) Wall Socket Template

I designed this template to mark wall socket holes for a DIY project in Germany. The template is based on sockets that comply with the DIN 49 075 standard.

Update:

As requested, I have provided a sturdier version that is 3 mm thick. Please note that this version has not been tested.

Features

• Wall socket box diameter: 68 mm
• Three socket holes, with a separation of 71 mm between adjacent holes.
• The template features a centre cross and the socket diameter.
• Notches on the top of the template for 71 mm and 91 mm (for adjacent frames).

Although the template only has three holes to fit my printer bed, it can be used for four or more element frames, as shown in the picture.

I printed the template in PETG for increased stability. PLA was too soft and allowed too much bending of the template.

Diese Schablone zum Bohren von Unterputzdosen habe ich für eine Eigenleistung designed. Die Maße sind ausgelegt für Dosen, welche der DIN 49 075 folgen.

Eigenschaften

• Dosendurchmesser 68 mm
• drei Löcher, jeweils Mittenabstand 71 mm
• Die Schablone hat ein Kreuz für den Bohrpilot und den etwaigen Umfang der Dose
• Nuten am oberen Ende der Schablone, jeweil 71 mm und 91 mm für getrennte Rahmen.

Ich habe die Schablone in PETG gedruckt, da PLA sich zu weich anfühlte.
