Needed a decent Ghostface mask for a Halloween dress-up. Couldn't find a decent free one, so made this one. Edited from a file created by "Ayumi Ikeda" on sketchfab. Made the file into a solid object, cut out the holes for the mask, and smoothed out a lot. Then cut it to fit on my printer and added keys to align fit in Blender.
This print is designed to have black fabric added to the eyes, nose and mouth for better ventilation. I found hot glue or superglue (CA Glue) to work pretty well to attach fabric as seen in my cosplay pic.
Edit: I have now added a bottom half of the mask with the mouth section filled in as per requests from a few people.
Edit 2026: I have done some work on the top piece, adjusting the eyes to have a more bordered shape.
Creation note: I glued black mesh fabric on the inside of the eyes and mouth, which let me breath and see with no issues. I just used hot glue, to tack it in, and the used superglue to make it permanent. For a stray, I glued black cotton strips to the sides which I used as head ties, then glued another bit of black cotton fabric along the inside edges of the upper mask to create a hood like flap that covers the back of the head. Now I am a bit better at blender, I'll try make a version with loops for straps
