This is a keychain for Socket 462 AMD processors. The printed part should fit around the processor without much brute force, the CPU is held in by layer lines.
Tested working with Thunderbird and Thoroughbred Athlons. The keychain is meant to be permanent, so please use a dead CPU as the removal process might cause you to bend pins.
