Descrizione

In order to demonstrate the effect of different layer heights on detailed prints, I made this plaque for a modified version of JulPal's allosaurus claw file.

Just print the claws at .1032, .2064, and .3096 and glue them onto the board. I used 20% infill for the two higher resolutions to be sure that the top layers didn't droop. The .3096 print was only about 15%.

For the laser cut part, I used a 50w Epilog Zing on 1/8" MDF. The etching was done at full power and 50% speed to get a nice pit for the claws and I used E6000 to stick them down.
