Descrizione

This is my Chip-E android remix.

I had to redesign the entire body into a cylindrical shape. The assembly steps are essentially the same as the original Chip-E since the body is still sectioned into the same sections.

The main difference is that the lcd panel goes through the tube connecting the droids head and needs to be hot-glued behind the eye-holes.

The arms are designed to swing back and forth as Chip-E dances or walks. You will need two skateboard bearings to attach the arms.

Unfortunately the increase in size of my Chip-Droid has caused it to have a little difficulty with falling over when walking or dancing. I tried printing bigger feet for poor clumsy Chip-Droid, but it didn't seem to help. I might try to modify the code to get him to either move slower or use smaller stepper angles.

Enjoy the Chip-Droid!
