Hypercube EVO compatible volcano/nimble/bltouch effector

This is an effector designed for the hypercube EVO (so it uses the same pin and bolt pattern) designed for: E3D Volcano with A Zesty Nimble and BLtouch.. It also requires a 30x30mm axial hot-end fan and a 50mm radial part cooling fan.

It can be used with a bowden extruder as well.

The features of this extruder are:
Hot end supported at both groovemount and bottom fins
Integrated hot-end fan mount
Integrated routing channels for wires
Integrated clamp and strain relief for 2x cat6 (or other 6mm diameter) cables, 2mm hot-end heater wires and the nimble cable
1/8" BSPT thread on the filament axis for a bowden tube holder for reverse bowden setup.

Only limited testing have been done, but it has been built and is printing

Note that this effector does not have endstops as it is designed for use with my x-carriage that have a holder for a mechanical endstop
