Terminator Rex Simplify3D Fixed

The original files designed by Sannyshine would always fail on the teeth and pistons when trying to print in Simplify3D.

After no joy in asking people for a fixed version I did it myself. It now prints fine with the piston in the jaw as one piece and all teeth are fused with no more floating.
