Karambit Fixed again

This is a fix for http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:324433.
The two other remixes or fixes also have issues.
-one of them having a closed ring surface and interpenetration at the blade/handle joint.
-the other having been subdivided and smoothed which looses the sharp knife look. (the chiseled lines are what makes this thing look great!)
I've fixed the polygons at the mesh level and re-booleaned everything and split it again from the base model. The mesh is now watertight and free of interpenetration while maintaining it's sharp edges.
