Clock to help children learning the time. Moving the hour hand drives the minute hand.
Printed with a Prusa iMK3 with 0.2mm resolution, except for the gears (0.1mm resolution). Note the small spacer, print it with the chamfer on top.
In general, no support is needed. Only exception is Gear-Base, were support helps the quality of the screw recesses.
Also, print all the numbers, the 5-minute markers and the 1-minute markers upside-down (have the small chamfer at the top). This will help with pushing them into the recess pockets on the clock face.
Additional material needed to build the clock:
- 4 X M3 18mm -> example: https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-M3x18mm-Phillips-Stainless-Fasteners/dp/B07MF3KNDW/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3RHGXYNFQ6PDQ&keywords=uxcell+M3x18mm+Machine&qid=1642982271&s=industrial&sprefix=uxcell+m3x18mm+machine+%2Cindustrial%2C79&sr=1-1
- 4 X M3 embedded brass nuts, 5mm x 6mm. Insert them with a soldering iron as shown in this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyof7fYFcuQ&ab_channel=NERO3D
