Rat

This is a mild improvement on the Glad-Rat model by Glad3dprintable. Their model, while excellent, was scaled and translated a little weirdly. I closed a couple holes, scaled it all down to 2.5% and moved the model to a different origin. I think this will help viewing it and stuff.
