Descrição

Added V2 lids with an inner lip which are stronger and easier to put on on but do require more accurate printing/more clean up/more material.

Added a full size wrench case (without central divider) and a full size wrench insert with a more rugged, easier to print lift.

Any issues please let me know and I'll fix asap.

Wanted a lock pick case that was compact but also expandable as I hoarded more tat but also could have sections pulled off if needed. I am not sure if they'd ever be needed but... I was avoiding doing housework.

The cases are designed to take Peterson-handled picks snugly without rattling much or at all. Also snugly fits a lot of 3d printed Peterson-style handles for Southord, Sparrows etc and is perfectly usable on any thicker rubber sleeved pick. If you have any doubts about sizing I would suggest printing one of the half size boxes as a test.

The case is designed to fold concertina-style as you add segments. The hinges should fit a toothpick snugly but it may require picking through the pot to find the right one. It can also be locked shut using toothpicks, appropriate bits of wire... uhhh... in the unused hinges when folded for travel.

There is a smaller wrench case with a lift to go at the bottom that attaches via some line or thread through the lid to try to get anything particularly short out although I suspect there may be a few versions until that's fully nailed as it's a bit... imperfect... currently. Remember to leave some slack.

Half size A and B (now also C and D) boxes are provided for tools and odds and ends. You will need an A and a B to enable them to join and they'll have to go on the outermost layer of the whole assembly. Really they're just there as an option. A pairs with B and C pairs with D.

There is also a Mini version which is a half size version with a full set of hinges enabling it to be concertinaed if you wish for a smaller folding set.

Holes are provided for horribly small 2mm x 2mm magnets for a firmer close because that's the compromise size that seemed to work. I may revise this as it is both fiddly and starts adding up.

I deliberately left extra height in the lid for other longer brands of picks and if requested will either resize for bare metal picks or, in the incredibly unlikely event interest is shown, replace the fixed divider with adjustable ones in addition to providing different widths of box.

This object was made in Tinkercad... Because I'm rather basic... if anybody actually ever notices this thing and wishes to tweak it just ask and I can provide a link to the nightmarish mess I made over there.
