Description
This counter works by flipping the 0 and 1 tiles in counting up and down. Two's complement representation is used to represent the negative numbers, which is an abstract concept for most students studying computing science.
Recently, I just find out that this binary counter can be used as a machine to find the two's complement of a binary number! Check out the videos here.
