I recently bought a unit like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/180980285082?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 which is a pretty inexpensive way of loading the bootloader to an Arduino, Sanguino or other boards based on AVR microcontrollers.

Being so cheap it comes without a box. Here you have one.
