Description

Ok, so I was watching this youtube video on how to make a turkey call from a prescription pill bottle....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRVkU7Yb7G4

Basically all you need is the body printed and a latex or nitrile glove. You cut a square out of the palm and a couple of rings out of one of the fingers then you stretch the square around the opening (leaving a little gap), then use the finger ring to hold it. The finger ring should fit nice into the groove designed into the body.

I designed these in TinkerCAD.

And realized that I could design and print this fairly easily. All you will need is a latex glove to cut a piece out of and put over the top. I designed a cap to fit over the top, and a cap to fit over the bottom. I also put in an o-ring if you want to print that out of NinjaFlex or some other flexible material.

I haven't tested these yet, but I intend to print these on the shop's Zortrax fairly soon. So the fit of the caps may not be perfect. But I gave them the same tolerance that I do with everything. So they should work.

Update I tested the first design, and decided the call was a little too high in pitch. So I increased the diameter, and shortened the length, and ditched the top cap idea. So version 2 is printing now.
