Android_Logo_2DArt

We made a 2D-3D version of an Android Logo with the Android letters, basing the logo off of a formatted logo, using two source images layered on to one another. The Android is a logo of the Android developers. The piece has a flat base with extruded head, arms, legs, and ears. The area to make this piece was 25 cm^2,and the height limitation was 1.0 cm. The spaces between the arms, legs and head are extruded downward to create a 3D effect on the viewer. The letters are extruded the highest, then the head, arms and legs, the area just around the head, arms and legs is also extruded but not to the height of the main body. Finally, the base is extruded the least at the bottom. The model should be printed at 150% of its original size as shown, as to avoid imperfections in the piece after printing.
