Description

Decilo! es un dispositivo pensado para ser usado como herramienta comunicacional, ya sea en terapias de estimulación del habla ó como dispositivo intercomunicador para personas con dificultad para comunicarse. Pueden verlo andando aquí: https://www.facebook.com/hipatetik/videos/10213369402802882/

El dispositivo opera a partir de un módulo dfplayer en módo autónomo
(ver sección AD KEY MODE en https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/DFPlayer_Mini_SKU:DFR0299)

Se adjunta el PCB para ser realizado en formato gcode con una impresora, utilizando el método propuesto en www.lamja.com/?p=635 (entre mis objetos publicados hay un soporte para grabar los pcbs si tienes una Flyingbear P902). También adjunto el archivo en Fritzing.

El ensamblado es relativamente sencillo, y como partes adicionales se requiere:

Módulo DFplayer Mini
PCB simple faz 5x5cm
Resistencias y capacitores varios (ver archivo Fritzing y esquemático)
Tornillos M3 de 1,5cm de largo x 6
Tornillos autoperforantes pequeños x 5
Pulsadores soft touch 12mm x8
Cable multipar 4 hilos (recomendado) 30cm
Parlante 40-60mm de diámetro.
Switch inversor interruptor tamaño mediano.
Opcional: Jacks 3,5mm para salidas auxiliares.
Portapilas AA para 4 pilas.
Pegamento La Gotita o similar.

Soldador, destornilladores, cutter, etc.

The device operates from a dfplayer module in autonomous mode
 (see section AD KEY MODE at https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/DFPlayer_Mini_SKU:DFR0299)

 The PCB is attached to be made in gcode format with a printer, using the method proposed in www.lamja.com/?p=635 (among my published objects there is a support to record the pcbs if you have a Flyingbear P902). I also attach the file in Fritzing format.

The assembly is relatively simple, and as additional parts are required:

DFplayer Mini module
PCB simple face 5x5cm
Resistances and few capacitors (see Fritzing and schematic file in the link below)
M3 screws 1.5cm long x 6
Small self-drilling screws x 5
Soft touch push buttons 12mm
Inverter switch key
Optional: 3.5mm jacks for auxiliar outputs.
4-wire multipair cable (recommended) 30cm
Speaker 40-60mm in diameter.
AA battery holder for 4 batteries.
Glue The Droplet or similar.

Soldering gun, screwdrivers, cutter, etc.
