Description

This is a compound bow stand with rubber sleeves/protection, for solid limbs. (In my case, a Diamond Medalist 38. Which has limbs 37mm wide, and 8-10mm thick).

Print a right and a left leg, and two rubber sleeves.

Four versions of the legs:
-"Diamond" with the Diamond Archery logo holes in the legs.
-"Generic" with some rounded triangle holes instead.
-"Solid" with no holes in the legs at all
-"Solid ExternalSpring" which is a quick (ugly) version for having an external spring.

It uses the following hardware:

2x M3x10 screws for holding the internal spring.
1x M4x10 screw for connecting both legs.
1x M4 nut.
1x ~44mm long (including the end loops) and ~4,5mm diameter spring.

-If you decide to have a spring or rubber bands on the outside, the M3 screws might need to be slightly longer.

Getting the internal spring into place is quite fiddly, since it's difficult to stretch it into the internal channels.
I took some looped fishing line, hooked it around a few coils of the spring, pushed the other end of the line through the channel and out the end of the M3 screw hole.
Then, with the line, I pulled the spring through the channel until it lined up with the M3 screw hole.
