Description

Stackable parts trays!

4.6.20 I've added the "dave edition", the latest greatest with handholds on the sides and nicer rounding inside the pockets.

I needed a nice set of trays this size which could stack on my desk, for my small hardware which was all in bags in a box.

Uploaded are various pocket arrangements. the difference between 1.0 and 2.0 is the corner-pin holes are enlarged to prevent the trays from sticking when stacked. I've been printing these at 85% scale, and the 3.0 variety are that scale to begin with. I added STLs and inventor files. I will add step or igus or whatever you want if you need it.

The trays pictured are Stacktray 1.0 @ 85% scale to fit a Prusa bed.

each used, for me, 120ish grams of filament meaning I could print 8 of these from a 1kg spool. if you had fewer walls and bottom layers, and go light on the infill (it really doesn't need much, but give it some!) then you could probably squeeze out 10. either way, they cost a few bucks each.

3.21.19
added lid variations, a QR code for color change, and a QR 2-color-change 0.1mm layer version.
added thick lid as the regular lid ended up being a little flimsy for my taste
