Description
Workshop of robotics and 3D printing as part of World Space Week, where the children is teached on enviromental contidions on Mars to imagine how the base should be designed.
The base is supposed to be build with a 3D printer build on a vehicle. that was simulated with a programable robot that was able to sinterize the Mars sand to build the base with it. So there's not any construction material has to be sent from the Earth, just the robot 3d printer.
The base is designed as modular base, so we can add many modules as needed, each external module can be used with any interior room as : bedroom, laboratory, kitchen, leissure room ...
Each module is rounded, so the Mars heavy winds whouldn't affect the modules resistance, and they are ready to be semi-buried for an extra protection.
Denote that the base can be constructed (or printed) without any human help. So the firsts colonisers can arrive after the base is fully build and working.
