TL;DR:
This is a redesign from scratch!
Taking ideas and measurements out of the original
"HyperCube Evolution" by SCOTT_3D, and from the "Hypercube Evolution Complete Hotend Assembly" by vergienc.
It fits the rod-distance of the "Hypercube Evolution Complete Hotend Assembly", while being compatible to the Hotend-Carriage of the classic Hypercube Evolution.
Also its made to be screwed onto the LMUs, so you can take the whole hotend-carriage and X-carriage apart, without touching the rest of the hypercube-kinematic.
Long story:
So, i printed the "HEVO Reinforced Y Carriage" by TypQxQ, and wanted to switch my standard y-carriage out for a more beefier one.
But i forgot to measure the distance between top and bottom rod, because thats different on the "Hypercube Evolution Complete Hotend Assembly" by vergienc, on which the "HEVO Reinforced Y Carriage" is based on.
And so my X-carriage didnt fit anymore.
So i just printed the X-Carriage of the "Hypercube Evolution Complete Hotend Assembly", but soon noticed it wont fit the Hotend-carriage.
And so i had to redesign everything by myself.
EDIT: i also added the Fusion 360 file and Step file, so everyone can adjust that by himself.
This design needs:
- 4x M3x15 Screws for screwing the x-carriage to the original HEVO-Hotendmount
- 6x M3x20 Screws for the LM8UU-Clamps
- 6x M3 Nuts for the LM8UU-Clamps
- 6x M3 Nuts for the Belttensioner/Beltclamp
- 2x M3x20 Screws and 4x M3x10 for the same
Happy printing!
