Description
I designed a miniature peristaltic pump using a 6v N20 geared motor. Tubing is 4mm OD and 2mm ID.
Rollers are made from cutting tubing -Mcmaster-Carr part#8627K129
2 Screws are part#99461A615
2 Small screws are part#91305A002
Housing can be resin printed (hard resin) or machined. I used a Pocket NC V2, 5 axis desktop machine and machined from a 1 inch bar stock.
Spin plate machined for press fit onto motor shaft.
Top cover was 3D printed of PETG.
Fusion 360 file and STEP are attached.
