Baofeng UV9R - Plus programming connector

This is a connector for programming Baofeng UV-9R Plus radio. What you need is 3 PCS of pogo pin and FTDI or similar interface chip for a 232 communication. In my case i use FTDI chip.
You can use this connector for any other pin connection, just drill the holes where you need signals.
To protect the soldering and the cable on outer side of the connector i add some liqud rubber over it.
