Bowflex 552

I was gifted a broken set of bowflex selecttech 552 dumbells and I couldn't find any other designs that would actually work. The other two versions of these disks on Thingiverse caused excessive resistance when trying to adjust the weights.

I just started learning Fusion 360 so use these disks at your own risk. I have yet to fully vet them out.

I recommend using Duramic PETG; it's super strong and has very little stringing if you can get it dialed in (I've only used Overature and Duramic; both are great filaments, but duramic definitely wins in strength).

UPDATE: I had to resize disk 2; it was 1 mm too large and would cause the weight to fall off. I also had to revise the design slightly and print at 100% infill. I will upload the revised designs for disk 3 and 5 when I get the chance. I haven't needed disk 4 yet so I probably won't bother until I do. If you want the files let me know... Just be forewarned that they are messy since I still have no clue what I am doing in fushion 360.
