I started this some time back and just can't find the time to continue working on it further. I own 2 businesses and work 3 other jobs and I'm in school so I'm at about 90 plus hours a week right now! I know it sounds crazy but times are tough and I need to focus on being a provider. So I am posting the design here so anyone who has the time can further work on this and further develop better and more refined designs.

This is not a formally designed part. I

The tolerances are pretty tight so if you aren't dialed in you may want to start with that first.

I have only designed this for a Bl touch and a 50/15 blower fan. But it should be a pretty easy conversion to other leveling sensors.

One major issue I'm noticing is the mounting bracket although flush to the step motor is angled due to the ground sides of the step motor; not square. So to fix this issue for everyone I would have to find a way to make the duct adjustable not only on z but pivotable as well from the bracket. I doubt mine is just an anomaly and others will probably have the same issue. It's not huge but could be big enough to annoy you or cool the block too much.

I spent a lot of time on this in the beginning to include computational fluid dynamics (IGNORE THE DARK BLUE LINES the sim seems to be a bit buggy. I don't like the angle which you may want to alter as well. I'm sure other designs will be much better. This is iteration 6. Nothing has been tested yet. So please feel free to customize as you like, test it and please comment to let me know if you liked and if you made any changes please just add the remix.

When printing the vent/blower mount, turn it on it's side. You will need supports for only under the vent input. The nipple that will insert into the top of the blower has a small angle on it to allow printing that part with no supports. Just cut it away with flush cutters once printed.

BL TOUCH OFFSET: X=6.794 Y=44.74 You may have to play with the positive and negatives depending on your printer.

In case you don't have any nuts that will fit in the hemera slots to mount I did design a t type design that may work. Untested.

Step file included.
