Ceiling Mount Thing

I wanted to hang my camera from the ceiling so I designed this thing.

Don't use it for climbing or lifting exceedingly heavy and valuable things.

Cheap 4mm diameter PP rope works well with this.

Interlocking overhand knots:

★ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butterfly_loop (especially easy to untie after heavy load)
ugly but very useful -- strongly related to zeppelin knot and hunter knot
Interlocking bight knots:
