PTT hand switch

PLEASE NOTE: Keyboard switch power handling is in the ballpark of 12v AC/DC @ 10 mA. This may or may not. work with a given radio configuration. Use of a keyboard switch is AT YOUR OWN RISK in any given setting. I make no assurances of function or safety.

This is a hand held PTT (press to talk) switch for use with a radio transceiver. You can use it with either trigger finger actuation or flip it over and use a thumb press.

It is designed with a mechanical keyboard switch in mind (like a Cherry MX or, as in my case, an Akko CS tactile key). The opening is sized for a press fit install of the switch. In addition to the handset, I have included an .stl file for a PTT key cap.
