Description

This HO scale LOADING DOCK is 33 scale feet long. To prevent the individual deck boards from lifting up during printing I've included a SPECIAL BRIM that needs to be removed with scissors leaving approx. 1/8" overhand. Depending on your printer, some components may require some minimum minor trimming. I exclusively print with PLA and have found that ordinary clear lacquer thinner (Nail polish remover) is a wonderful glue. Make a small test for yourself of two pieces of printed scrap PLA and give it a try. Let sit for 20 seconds and then try to break it apart. It leaves no residue and is applied with a small brush. I've been using lacquer thinner as a glue on stryene and PLA for years. No sloppy or messy glue to show when finished.

If you want a different height, depth or width play around with your scale percentages to get exactly what you want. Within reason of course. Remember your new scale must be applied to all elements so everything will fit properly when assembled.

Example: If you want a lower deck height, just scale the support legs, leave the deck with no adjustment.

If you would like me to design a custom model for you please feel free to contact me at:

It is totally free, but I will post it on Thingiverse for others to print and enjoy.

Happy and safe printing,
