Helldiver giving the official salute.
Model is made in Blender (I will not share this) and is not water tight, so use a proper slicer like Cura that do not care too much about water tight models, to print it.
The model does not include a cape, as that would make it impossible to paint the back. So make a cape out of fabric. I might model a separate cape later that can be attached if there are any requests for this.
Model is made in 1/10th scale so about 19 cm tall. I exported it in high details and it can easily be printed in 200% size and still be detailed.
