Weavle

Description

Weavle is a flexible, interlocking hexagonal mesh system inspired by chainmail but with a modern geometric twist. Each module consists of a hexagonal shield surrounded by six precisely positioned hook connectors that interlock with adjacent pieces to create a fabric-like material with both flexibility and structural integrity.

Printing Tips

• Print each layer in different colors for the best visual effect
• No supports needed for the hooks if printed in the orientation provided
• 0.2mm layer height recommended for optimal hook strength
• 15-20% infill should be sufficient for most applications
• PLA works well, but flexible filaments can create an even more fabric-like result
