LIPS handcuff key

A working key for the handcuffs used by Dutch and German police. Tested, works perfectly.

This is a re-do of Ray's key, but I've used a real key as reference, so it's now much more accurate.

Be careful about print quality. Make sure the key is as sturdy as you can make it, because you don't want it breaking off inside a handcuff.
