Parallel Charging Board Frame

A simple frame for the Hobby King Parallel Charging Board.

I didn't like the idea of a cheap piece of foam being the only thing keeping packs from shorting against an aluminum table.

Should work nicely with the XT60 version but I haven't tested with any of the other versions of this parallel board.
