Beschreibung
Halloween is coming so of course I need a spiderbot to greet the kiddies!
Be aware this is very much a work in progress.
This build uses a 6 bar linkage to give a realistic walking motion.
Power is provided by two 12v geared motors driving a single driver gear to two primary gears on either side assembly. The two sides are completely independent to allow for the use of a differential drive controlled by an RC receiver.
The zip file contains a test fit STL file. That file is not the latest iteration of this build but it gives a very good idea as to parts placement and you can see the evolution of the design process.
The Fit Test-Quarter Assembly file shows more clearly how each of the four quarters is to be assembled.
All files and build instructions are in the zip file.
