Descripción
This is a remix of filiptheking's "Make it Sink" model. I utilized the same gear mechanisms (which made the original man's arms move) to make the eagle's wings move. The eagle base was modified from the "100% Eagle" model by andypop.
I used the MakerBot Replicator 2 to print this model. The eagle base should be printed with at least 40% infill, with raft and supports, resolution is not critical for the base only. Crank, gears, and shafts should be printed without supports, 40-100% infill, and layer height of 0.10mm. All pieces were designed to fit together without the need for glue, but if pieces are loose you can use hot glue. Please see the included "Readme.txt" file for complete instructions.
You can watch a demonstration of the wing movement in the short video clip: https://youtu.be/pAC5DPbmMYo
And here is a video to help with assembly of the parts after printing: https://youtu.be/Y87DWqP1Y2c
