Beschrijving

This whole new extruder head design can prevent the ticking noise during PLA printing and also can prevent the overheating of the feeder motor at long term ABS prints. I designed two extra inlets as well where the secondary filament and bearing cooling is possible by compressed air.

The mod kind of effective(PLA) and also badass
(I also use a temp mod for the printer.)

Tested with ICE Black PLA and Faberdashery transparent blue PLA

A high rpm vent is advisable, to the side of the cooling case

(!!! the long term PLA prints still risky but much more better than without the mod.!!!)

-2.5 EH CONNECTOR 3-Pin JST plug ( Male, Female, Crimps )

  • 12V DC 40mm 20mm 2 Wire High rpm fan
    -6 X 3 mm magnets (4 pieces) for the PCB board cover.
