Description
As I have most of the time limited space on my desk, I have created compact multi-control panel for flight simulator.
Currently it consists of following components:
- Parking brake
- Elevator trim wheel
- Elevator trim indicator
- Propeller RPM lever
- Spoilers lever
- Landing Gear lever
It is based on Arduino Pro Micro and MobiFlight software, although you can also produce Arduino program yourself, or in case of X-plane, use something like SimVim.
Hardware that you will need:
- 5x M3x10 screw
- 6x M3x16 screw
- 1x M3x20 screw
- 1x M3 nut
- 11x M3x10 countersunk screw
- 2x 0,6x8x25 spring
- 2x 0,5x4x10 spring
- 2x Limit switch
- 1x Rotary encoder
- 1x SG90 Servo
- 2x 10K Potentiometer
- 1x Bearing 15x21x4
- 1x Bearing 5x16x5
- 1x Arduino Pro Micro
This is currently V1 of control panel. Sometime in the future, I'm planning to add the throttle with reverse and flaps lever.
